My work is multifaceted. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to become aware of the many parts of themselves, to accept themselves, and to learn and practice new skills. We work together to build self-esteem, improve relationships, and build awareness of strengths and inner resources. I use varied techniques including breath work, TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique, CBP (Core Beliefs Psychotherapy), and hypnotherapy.
