Kelly Arthur, MS, NCC, LPC & LMFT Intern

Are you struggling in some way with your intimate relationship, family relationships, work relationships, friendships, your relationship to substances, your relationship to the world/country, or your relationship with yourself? Congratulations, you’re human! And, counseling can help.
Research shows that the most important predictor of success in therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. My top priority is to create a safe space for you to be able to be real, to show up fully in your stuckness and your pain. People who have worked with me appreciate my highly attuned presence, nonjudgment, and authenticity.
I practice identity affirming, body positive counseling with adults who identify as queer, gay, lesbian, bi, trans, non-binary, poly, and kink. I’m trained in couples, marriage, and family therapy, so I work holistically and systemically with couples as well as individuals. In addition to focusing on relational work, I also have specialized training and experience in grief/loss and addictions. I use a variety of modalities in my work, attuned to the specific needs of each couple or individual who comes into my office.
My website contains more information about me and my practice, including a video so that you can get a better feel for me, so please check it out to see if I might be a good fit for partnering with you to do the work you’re looking to do in counseling. Then, give me a call!
